Terry Flores has been a greeting card designer for American Greetings for over 20 years. For her job she creates most of her work digitally, but for her personal work she uses traditional media. She enjoys painting in oils, acrylics, pastels, and a range of mix media and techniques to see her vision come alive.
She has a degree in graphic design from Kent State University and has being involved in community art projects, like the Oberlin Chalk Walk Public Library wall since 2010. She has organized and led art workshops for the children of Esperanza Inc. as part of American Greetings Hispanic Resource Network community outreach programs.
She has exhibited her work at the Firelands Association for the Visual Arts (FAVA), The Beck Center for the Arts for an all women’s exhibit “Women of Creativity” and also as part of the Hispanic Heritage month annual exhibit at the Beck Center. She was a board member for Art House Inc. in Cleveland, Ohio from 2013-2015.
